1. Acceptance of Terms

By using VGClod (the "Bot"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Bot.

2. Description of Service

VGClod is a Discord bot designed to provide VGC (Video Game Championships) related functionality, including but not limited to:

• Pokémon information lookup
• Pokepaste management and storage
• Tournament creation and management
• Draft league organization

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Bot in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Not use the Bot for any illegal, harmful, or malicious purposes
• Not attempt to abuse, exploit, or disrupt the Bot's functionality
• Not use automated systems to spam or overload the Bot
• Respect other users and maintain a positive community environment
• Not share or distribute content that violates copyright or intellectual property rights

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or exploit the Bot
• Using the Bot to harass, threaten, or harm others
• Distributing malicious content or links through the Bot
• Impersonating Bot developers or staff members
• Scraping or collecting data without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

VGClod and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the Bot developers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Pokémon and related trademarks are property of Nintendo, Game Freak, and The Pokémon Company.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create using the Bot (such as team compositions and tournament data). By using the Bot, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store and display this content as necessary to provide the service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain Bot availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Bot may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Technical issues or server outages
• Updates and improvements
• Factors beyond our control

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE BOT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the Bot will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE BOT DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE BOT.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your access to the Bot for violations of these Terms
• Modify or discontinue the Bot at any time without notice
• Remove user data associated with terminated accounts

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

13. Discord's Terms

Use of VGClod is also subject to Discord's Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Discord's Terms, Discord's Terms shall prevail.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
